Best types of crosstraining for moto

Speaking on this topic I can only speak from my experience and knowledge I have throughout my career.

So you just now starting to get into the gym but where do you start? Something I find to help to explain the way you should train fir moto, boxers are a good example they trained to take a beating while staying light, you want to train high reps in the gym W/ Plyometrics style exercises.

The types are cardio you will focus on will be two types, Longer low resistance cardio(road bike)and short high-intensity intervals (concept rower), you can find specific workouts online
