Importance in consistency
Mastering consistency is the fastest way to hit your goals
I think it's important to start small with these task/goals, start with going an entire week without crashing, then 2 weeks. Maybe its hole shot your first race, then lead one lap. These are just examples of small but important goals or daily training task if you will.
If you can day after day check something off as an accomplishment no matter how small it will give the confident mindset to set higher and higher goals.
Your brain is the manager and your body is the employee, you know what has be done just make your body do it.
